Q: How is my order packaged?
A: All orders are packaged in a cellophane bag and tied with three colors of complimentary wraphia ribbon.

Q: How much customization is really possible?
A: If you have any specific questions regarding customization, please email orders@papercutsdesign.com before placing your order. But the answer is-almost everything! The exception to this rule is set artwork which cannot be altered. Of course elements like border color, background color, font style, etc. can be customized according to whichever color/font/monogram you like from our elements lists! Have fun creating!

Q: Do I pay sales tax?
A: Orders placed by Alabama residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.

Q: Should I have my order shipped to myself or directly to my client/gift recipient?
A: This choice is entirely up to you. If we do ship to an address that is not your own, we will not include a receipt of purchase, but we will include a gift message, should you like.

Q: Will my order be re-printed if I incorrectly entered information?
A: We are unable to re-print orders that were misspelled due to data entry error, so please double-check your spelling before ordering! (Of course if the error is on our part we will be happy to re-print your order!) All orders are final. Any questions should be directed to orders@papercutsdesign.com

Q: Will you have seasonal merchandise like Christmas cards?
A: Yes we will! Our seasonal merchandise will be featured on our home page as the holidays approach, so be sure to check back often to see what products are newly offered!

Q: Will the colors on the product look exactly like they do on my screen? The answer to this questions depends largely on the screen settings of your individual computer. For example, it is not uncommon for the brighter colors (like chartreuse) to appear "extra-chartreuse." The colors printed on the product are the true colors, and therefore your screen shades may not make an accurate representation of the colors which will be printed.

Q: Why does your site look funny on my computer? Our site is compatible with Internet Explorer and Mozilla browsers, and may not function as normal with other browsers.

Q: Why do all the fonts not display when I click on the Adobe font file? The fonts that display may be subject to compatibility with your computer. If you are not seeing the full list of fonts, feel free to email info@papercutsdesign.com and we can email you a pdf.
